| Ariel made there first motorcycle in 1902 in Birmingham, it's most
famous machine was the square four or "squariel" which was introduced in
1931 in 3 different sizes (499cc, 597cc & 995cc) up to 1954, Ariel
finaly gave up manufacturing motorcycles in 1965.
